WNBA Draft 2023

The 2023 WNBA Draft was held on Monday, April 10, at Spring Studios in New York City. The Indiana Fever held the first overall pick and selected three-time AP All-America First Team selection, Aliyah Boston, out of South Carolina. The Gamecocks went on to have five players total drafted. The Washington Mystics traded the rights to their fourth overall pick, Stephanie Soares, to the Dallas Wings in exchange for the Wings’ 2024 2nd-round draft pick, and Atlanta’s 2025 1st-round draft pick.
